Charlie and I are delighted to announce our 2026 Aberdeen workshop. Four Angles of Yoga will take place across September 19th and 20th at Love Yoga, Aberdeen City Centre.

We’ve split the weekend into four modules and you are welcome to join us for as much or as little as you like.

Geometry of Practice: Saturday 08:00-10:00

We’ll start the weekend investigating the essence of alignment in yogic postures. With enough practice we start to see the same shapes arise again and again, be it whilst standing on our feet or on our head. Expect exploration of numerous asana and how they connect and build upon one another.

Psychology of Practice: Saturday 11:00-13:00

Here we will dive into the psychology of walking the yogic path. How, why and what do we practice? What kinds of decisions do we make daily, and what leads us to them? Expect fun and hands-on experimentation as we try to learn more about who we are as individuals and how that shapes our choices both on and off the mat.

Biology of Practice: Sunday 08:00-10:00

Drawing on our backgrounds in the sciences, this module will focus on the way yogic practices can affect us on a cellular level. We’ll cover some of the fascinating ways yoga has been investigated scientifically, and how current modern understanding supports its ancient approaches. Expect to level up your understanding of the body, as well as a total nervous system reset!

Philosophy of Practice: Sunday 11:00-13:00

We’ll conclude the weekend discussing the philosophy of yoga, with a highly interactive approach. Expect group work and play, as we figure out the various connections between yogic principles, modern neuroscience and fundamental questions of human existence.

It’s £40 for a module or £150 for the whole weekend

We hope to see you there!
