Here, I demonstrate my modified sequence that I have been practicing daily. These are the postures I have been relying on to relieve tension, maintain some basic strength, and align my broken body, adapted around a fractured collarbone.
Although this video has been shot from the perspective of a clavicle injury, I believe it may be of use to anyone struggling with any kind of ailment or pain who wishes to continue moving but wants to do so in a low-key, safe manner.
