This is a quick message to say I’m back from Puglia; all my classes are back on.

It’s safe to say these annual retreats have become a highlight of our year. We were asked if we thought of this week as work or a holiday: all we can say is, when you love teaching yoga as much as we do, and are surrounded by yogis as amazing as these guys were, this break could never be described as work. It was an honour leading the Mysore classes and workshops, and it was a pleasure sharing good food and fellowship with such great people. Sincere thanks to everyone that came along and made this time so happy, warm and memorable. Here’s to next year – pencil it in your calendars as (so far) all these retreats have sold out in a matter of hours!
